Phase-change energy storage with strong thermal insulation: All six sides of the base-station battery thermostatic enclosure feature insulation layers. The enclosure panels and composite structure achieve an overall heat transfer coefficient of no more than 0.3 W/(㎡·K). Combined with phase-change material modules, long-term passive automatic temperature control is achieved. When power is interrupted, the external ambient temperature is 35℃, and there is no internal heat source, the internal temperature rise does not exceed 5℃ within 6 hours.
Easy maintenance: Shelter-style structure with doors that open (or can be removed) for convenient servicing. Supports online battery maintenance without shutting down room power.
Safety: Equipped with a hydrogen venting device; safety meets the relevant requirements of Clause 6.2 of Fixed Valve-Regulated Sealed Lead-Acid Batteries (GB/T 19638.2-2005). Enclosure protection rating meets IP45; materials used are non-combustible grade.
Energy savings: In battery thermostatic cabinet mode, with air-conditioning setpoint at 35℃, equipment-room HVAC energy savings can reach 40%.
Remote monitoring and alarm: The base-station battery enclosure provides a standard remote-monitoring access port for high-temperature, fault, and fire alarms, plus data storage, forced ventilation, and linkage with room air conditioning.
