The 372kWh system consists of high-voltage LFP battery racks built from 3.2V 280Ah cells, integrated into multiple liquid-cooled modules. It includes a BMS for cell-level management, a liquid circulation system with pumps and heat exchangers, and is often pre-installed in a modular outdoor cabinet or container.
Liquid cooling ensures consistent temperature control across all battery cells, improves thermal efficiency, supports higher charge/discharge rates, and significantly extends battery lifespan. It's ideal for medium to high-capacity systems operating under continuous cycling or high ambient temperatures.
This system is well-suited for applications such as solar PV self-consumption, peak load reduction, small industrial backup, commercial microgrids, and energy arbitrage. It can also serve as a building block for larger parallel BESS deployments.
The system complies with standards such as IEC 62619, CE, UN38.3, and UL 9540A (optional). Key safety features include coolant leak detection, thermal sensors, automatic fire suppression systems (like aerosol or NOVEC), and multi-layer BMS protection for voltage, current, and temperature thresholds.
