The 233kWh system uses high-capacity battery modules built from 3.2V 280Ah LiFePO₄ cells, configured into high-voltage racks with integrated liquid cooling plates. It includes a battery management system (BMS), energy management system (EMS), heat exchanger, coolant circulation system, fire protection, and can be deployed in an indoor cabinet or modular outdoor enclosure.
Liquid cooling delivers superior thermal balance, reduces temperature variance between cells, supports faster charge/discharge cycles, and enhances battery lifespan. It is more efficient in dissipating heat, especially in high-density systems, and ensures system stability even under heavy loads or in hot environments.
This capacity is suitable for industrial facilities, commercial buildings, solar-storage hybrid systems, and data centers. It's also used in EV charging station buffering and peak shaving applications, where high performance and temperature control are crucial.
The system complies with global safety and performance standards including IEC 62619, CE, UL 9540A (optional), and UN38.3. Protection features include multi-layer BMS safeguards, coolant leakage detection, overtemperature alarms, smoke sensors, and fire suppression systems (e.g., aerosol, NOVEC, or FM200).
Remote and local monitoring is provided via EMS, with real-time visibility into temperature, SoC, SoH, coolant flow, and fault alarms. Maintenance includes coolant refills or replacements, circulation pump inspections, thermal performance checks, and scheduled firmware updates to ensure optimal system operation.
