To optimize the factory’s spatial resources and energy mix, Highjoule Company undertook a green upgrade of the existing parking area. Located in the factory’s front yard, the project transformed traditional parking spaces into a smart carport integrating solar power generation, energy storage systems, and charging stations. Through scientific planning, additional parking spaces were added while retaining existing functions, creating a green and low-carbon factory demonstration project.

  1. Foundation Engineering: Precisely locate and excavate the foundation, pouring concrete foundation.
  2. Structural Installation: Erect steel structure pillars, install C-shaped steel beams, and erect the roof.
  3. Protective Treatment: Anti-corrosion coating of the steel structure, installation of the drainage system.
  4. Solar Panel Deployment: Lay out the solar panels and complete the electrical connections.
  5. System Integration: Connect to the energy storage equipment and achieve grid-connected operation.
  6. Charging Pile Installation: Both fast and slow charging stations will be installed, connected to the smart energy management system.
