233KWh, Bess Li-ion, C&I Energy Storage Systems, LFP 3.2V/280Ah, Liquid coolingA typical 2MWh air-cooled BESS consists of 20 battery racks (each ~100kWh), built with 3.2V 280Ah LiFePO₄ cells, integrated in a 40-foot container. The system includes BMS, EMS, PCS (e.g. 500kW–1MW), fire suppression systems, HVAC or high-efficiency fan arrays, and monitoring interfaces for grid or microgrid integration.
The air-cooled design uses high-flow axial fans, smart ventilation channels, and temperature sensors to maintain uniform cooling across racks. Intelligent fan control ensures safe operation within 15–35°C, even under partial load or high ambient conditions, without requiring liquid coolant systems.
The 2MWh system is ideal for industrial parks, solar + storage farms, utility peak shaving, data center backup, and EV charging hub buffering. It’s particularly suitable for installations in areas with mild to moderate climate and where liquid cooling O&M costs are less desirable.
The system meets IEC 62619, UL 9540A, CE, and UN38.3 standards. Safety features include multi-level BMS protection (cell/rack/system), airflow alarms, temperature/humidity sensors, smoke detectors, fire suppression (aerosol/FM200), and EMS-based fault diagnostics and early warnings.
It supports remote monitoring via EMS or SCADA systems, with real-time status of SoC, SoH, voltage, current, and fault logs. Maintenance includes regular fan filter cleaning, safety inspections, firmware upgrades, and optional predictive maintenance via AI-based analytics.
