Project Overview
This initiative delivers high-performance off-grid/backup power solutions for indoor telecommunications rooms and data sites. Deploying 400 bespoke indoor satellite communication base station energy cabinets effectively resolves sustained power supply and electrical safety challenges within complex indoor environments. The system integrates high-performance energy storage batteries, intelligent photovoltaic control, and comprehensive electrical protection, enabling efficient clean energy utilisation and rapid, seamless integration with facility infrastructure.

Satellite Communication Base Stations: Provides stable indoor power for satellite ground receiving stations in remote or specialised locations.

Data Centres/Equipment Rooms: Serves as an off-grid power supply system for indoor data sites or emergency backup power for critical loads.

Indoor Communication Facilities: Adapts to standardised equipment room environments, supporting sustained operation of various network devices.

 

Installed Capacity

Single-unit storage capacity: 4.8kWh (48V / 100Ah lithium iron phosphate battery pack).

Total project scale: 400 systems, cumulative storage capacity reaching 1.92MWh.

Charging capability: Maximum charging current 80A, supporting 0–230V wide-range photovoltaic input.

 

Primary Equipment

Energy Storage System: 48V/100Ah rack-mounted lithium battery (15S configuration), with integrated intelligent BMS, cycle life >4000 cycles.

Control System: 80A high-current PV controller, compatible with multiple indoor/outdoor PV connections.

Cabinet Dimensions: 1600mm (H) × 600mm (W) × 600mm (D).

Material: 1.5mm steel frame with perforated door and side panels for ventilation and heat dissipation.

Accessories: Includes L-shaped brackets, battery busbars, grounding busbars, and US-standard sockets.

Electrical Protection: Integrated with 2 x PV circuit breakers, 2 x PV surge protection devices (SPDs), dedicated battery switch, and inverter switch.

Fiber Optic Pigtails have a pre-terminated connector on one end and a bare or tight-buffered fiber on the other for fusion splicing into fiber distribution systems. This series features a 12-core bundle design using G652D single-mode fiber with internationally color-coded jackets (yellow). Multiple connector types (SC/LC/FC/ST) and polishing options (UPC/APC) are available. The 0.9 mm tight buffer provides effective fiber protection with good flexibility for easy termination and routing.

Fiber Optic Patch Cords are pre-terminated fiber optic cables used for equipment interconnection, test connections, and link extensions in optical communication systems. This product series covers Single-Mode (SM) and Multimode (MM, OM3/OM4) categories, supporting FC, LC, SC and other mainstream connector types with UPC and APC polishing options in both Simplex and Duplex configurations. All products use G652D/G657A single-mode or multimode fibers with low insertion loss, high return loss, and excellent repeatability. Suitable for FTTH, data centers, LAN, and CATV applications.
