Romania 4*46KW Folding Photovoltaic Container System

This project is located in Romania, providing local customers with an integrated, movable solar-storage power solution. The system consists of 4 sets of 10-foot 46KW folding photovoltaic containers and 5 sets of grid-connected 100KW/215KWh energy storage systems. It supports integration with the customer’s existing EMS (Energy Management System) platform, enabling unified energy scheduling and operation and maintenance management.

Customers can flexibly allocate the photovoltaic and energy storage combination based on their electricity load and monitor and manage energy status in real-time through the platform to achieve efficient operation.

The project is configured with 4 sets of 10-foot 46KW photovoltaic folding containers + 5 units of 215 kWh energy storage cabinets.

  • Dual-chamber outdoor integrated cabinet with a capacity of 215 KWh
  • IP65 protection level, supports all-weather operation in harsh environments
  • High-performance lithium iron phosphate cells, equipped with a temperature control system and multiple electrical protection mechanisms
  • Grid-connected design, compliant with European grid connection standards

System Integration and Software Interface:

All equipment can seamlessly integrate with the customer’s existing EMS energy management platform, supporting communication protocols such as Modbus, CAN, RS485, etc.

The Satellite Communication Energy Cabinet is a PV energy storage cabinet from Highjoule Technology Group designed specifically for off-grid satellite communication sites. The Stacked-PV MPPT Solar Controller is specially developed for PV capacity expansion at base station sites. Using a series-connection scheme, the system consists of PV modules, a stacked-PV MPPT controller, and a DC meter. Each PV string is series-connected to the controller, which steps down the module output voltage to −48V and injects it onto the rectifier output busbar to supply DC loads. Designed for communication base stations, it supports wall-mount and pole-mount installation. The product is available in outdoor and rack-mount versions.
